Our modern production tool enables us to make all kind of cuttings, of different shapes (round, rectangular, oval, outline, etc.) and of different sizes.

A computer-aided system with digital functions and creation of images enables us to make the necessary plates and to respect the shades, according to your standard conditions.

You can directly send us your projects through the Internet if you have a computer. This can be a significant advantage in order to solve technical problems, directly screen to screen, and is time saving.

The implementation of a manufacturing process follows three steps:

<h3>Test case</h3>
<p>
Our Research and Development department can create a test case, taking into account the demands of your initial project. This test case will enable you to validate your solution during the adhesive joining technique of machine parts for example.

<h3>Prototype</h3>
<p>
The next step is the creation of the prototype. This step will enable our customers to validate their manufacturing process. During this stage our technicians will help you to define the feasible shape in conformity to your plans.
</p>
<h3>Large-scale production</h3>
<p>
Lastly is the stage of the production. We create for you the specific tool that will be used for the die-cut of your shape. Then we start the large-scale production of your pieces.
</p>
<p>
Our Quality department strictly controls this stage, integrating additional pieces to the order, called reference samples. The Quality department takes those pieces during the production and controls them. They will be part of the Quality standards, that are specific to your order.
